With the current global situation with the Coronavirus and the impact that is having on all touring, we are sad to announce that by mutual decision with our partners, the planned HAUSER show in Budapest on Sunday 11th October must be postponed to Wednesday 3rd February 2021. We apologise for the inconvenience but the safety of fans, musicians, crew and HAUSER must come first. 

All tickets for the new date will remain valid however, due to demand, on the new date we are able to increase the capacity of the venue. This means that existing ticket holders must be re-seated in order to reflect the new venue layout. Please read the below carefully for details. 

Important notice for guests already having tickets for the show:

  • Tickets to the arena floor (001, 002, 003, 004, 005), to Sector 226 and 326 will be replaced by tickets with same price and similar location via email within 7 working days.

In case the replacement ticket is not accepted to exchange your ticket depending on availability. If you would like to exchange your replacement ticket then please send your request via mail. We will endeavor to replace tickets of a similar value in your preferred sector. Please send all requests by 30th September.

  • The tickets which are bought to the tribune are valid for the new date at the same seat position. These guests do not receive replacement tickets, they can visit the gala concert with the existing ticket.

In case the new position of your seat compared to the new stage is not accepted there is an opportunity to exchange them depending on the availability of seats. The newly requested ticket should be in the same price, this shall be claimed by mentioning the preferred sector no later than 30th September.

  • If you do not want to accept a replacement ticket or request a new ticket location or can no longer attend the show on the new date then please send your request to hauser@szovegszinhaz.hu with you original tickets and receipts for a refund.

Please note that we are only able to manage the ticket requests, issues and refunds via email at hauser@szovegszinhaz.hu


The extension of the show causes many extra administration duties to the organizers. Our customer service team is dedicated to process all requests within 30 working days. Thank you for your understaning and patience in advance.

Due to the Coronavirus all the local measures as per the government’s instructions will be taken place.
